I go to ampm to get my ice and soda early in the morning ampm has one employee that gives me a hard time and likes to yell at me saying he dont care what I say I went to the register to pay for my stuff and was standing there waiting on him and he gets there and say Im on this register to the left well a lady came right in and cut in front of me and he said he could help me on that register to cause hes working 2 registers but he ignored me and helped this lady when he knew I was waiting to be help the he asked me if I had an attitude and if something was wrong and I said yeah I was here first waiting to be helped but he proceeded to yell loud to over rude my complaint do he couldnt hear me
This employees name is Jawa and he works at 7670 Watt Ave, Antelope CA 95843 every time I come in this employee is always rude to me I come to buy my soda and ice without any problems all other employees are nice and polite but him he is prejudice against me for some reason! And he starts his attitude in front of other customers to get them on his side!
He also smokes pot on company time when he goes out to visit his friends when they show up! This employee has bad customer service and I dont deserve to be treated like that Im a customer!

I have been an Arco customer for over 15 years and I havent had many issues with other stations, but is basically with this one one person was just knocking on the restroom when he was saying that he didnt eat more than 10 minutes when it was less than five minutes and then asking why he was nothing and then he said that was taking so long and then he said that I was making a mess and I asked him to go check and I wasnt making a mess and this person is always rude. I dont know why you guys keep this people or your clients shouldnt be that way Im always using article at least five times per week and this person even care if he was yelling at me.

Verified Reviewer |Paid for their best car wash and all I got wash a soapy crappie wash and I tipped the washer 5 dollars before the wash. So I'm out 5 dollars for the tip 17 dollars for the wash and now I have to pay

I have been to the arco on coal creek parkway and Newcastle way in wa state. It is the worst arco i have ever been to.
Today was the worst ever. I bought 2 pk of Winston light 100's. Sign says buy 2 price is $10.50 but they only give you the break on 1 pack
Other stores give you the price on both as it should be Then i went to the lottery machine to get my lotto ticket. The man told me to leave and come back tommorow because he was going to lock the doors.
It was 5:15 pm! Not first time being locked out but my last.
Worst Arco ever and I will never go back to any Arco again Someone should look into this place Never have i been told to leave and come back the next day! Lotto was in 3 hours and I didn't have time to go anywhere else.

I was at second store number 6982 located on Westminster blvd and GOLDENWEST st in Westminster ca l.i wanted to buy a tobacco product which I didnt have my id which is fine only thing is the cashier Elisabeth has carded me and not carded me multiple times today I didnt have my id so I stated you always do that to me.She proceeds to say sorry and tells me to leave.mind you I am going to still purchase something just not the tobacco she tells me well dont look at me dont stand over there she tells me to leave again she had other homeless men she deals with I just wanted a water I was letting her know she cant talk to me anyway direct me in any way tell me where to look with my eyes none of that I feel beyond harasses and after that she tells me Im calling the cops harassed again and threatening I told her go ahead I cant wait to talk to them I let her know Im notifying corporate she said so and she tells me learn to spell which I have no idea why but I would assume its racist comment as I am African American.She is white.so I start recording her for my records and safety she tells me I like her it just got worse and worse on her end I was just trying to call you guys I would like a call back immediately I have recordings of her being discriminating towards me calling the police harrasing me with that and I couldnt even buy a water I stood here for because she said to leave and is feeling in power to threaten me and discriminate.i will be pursuing legal action I feel like I cant ever go into an second and feel welcomed ever again unacceptable.

On January 6, 2024, at 6:14 PM, I stopped at the Arco Station on the corner of First Street and Grand in Santa Ana, California, station 42513, to get gas. I put my PayPal Master Card into the slot near the pump and got the message that to pay, I would need to go inside.
I went inside and told the attendant, Mamun, that I wanted $20 worth of gas. He said, Do want $50 worth of gas? I said, No $20. At his prompting, I put my credit card into the slot, which then read Accept or Decline, but did not list any amount of money.
I said that I cannot accept to pay when I dont how much I will be charged. I declined payment. Then he asked me to re-insert my card, which I did. When the screen read $20, I accepted to pay that amount.
I went outside to pump the gas into my car, but the pump did not work. I asked Mamun to turn on the pump and he yelled at me to stop interrupting him. Finally, he told me to go to a different pump, which I did, but the pump did not work. I went inside and demanded $20 back in cash, but Mamun refused, insisting that I had gotten the gas, which I did not get.
Finally I called the cops, and waited a while, but as there were so many accidents, they did not show up. So I went home frustrated.
I believe that Mamun charged me $20, which he then intended to put into his own pocket. I think that he should be fired.

Filthy Restroom. 95% of my gas is Arco.
I am an Uber driver and happened to stop at the station located at
19930 Collier, Lake Elsinore, CA. I am a disabled senior citizen who made the mistake of stopping at this location.
I used the facilities and upon leaving there were 3 employees behind the register. Marco was one and one girl with painted red hair and another chubby one sitting on his touche. When I came out I mentioned to the staff that out of all the restrooms I have run into, on my 5 yrs of driving that theirs was the WORST I had run into, including LAX outhouses and watts area restrooms.
Their response was if I wanted clean to go to a neighboring locations and what did I expect as their location was the slums.
(this was said by the guy sitting on his butt doing nothing.
I quickly informed them that I drive in Watts and never would call their location the slums.
It looked like the trash was 4 hrs PAST time to empty it. Seat covers were bunched up at the back of the toilet and all over the floor.
Your staff at that location seems quite OK with poor customer service.

Good morning.
Yesterday at your store in Huntington Beach on Goldenwest and Slater one of your employees became irrational, irate and confrontational.
This was due to a customer confrontation between myself and another customer when the customer was driving insanely fast and screeching tires into the pump area.
After asking the other customer to slow down and that customer losing his temper and yelling racial slurs at myself as well as a multitude of swears and insults, your employee came running out of the store at me, who was actually just asking someone to slow down.
The employee nearly went cheat to sheet with me threatning me and telling me to do something to hit me
I asked that he contact police, he quickly pulled out his cell phone and put it just inches from my face.
I tried leaving but the employee remained in front of my vehicle and when I backed up he chased the vehicle standing in front of my vehicle and not allowing me to leave.
When police arrived he was extremely confrontational with them and extremely irrational as well as lying that hed been hit which he hadnt and no action was taken by police.
I was later told that this employee regularly contacts them several times a week on varying degrees of nonsense.
I wanted to bring this to your prompt attention as not only did your employee escalate a tense situation but he took it to another level causing even greater issues.
The simple fact that he didnt allow me to leave and took the liberty to block my vehicle with his body is in and of itself False Imprisonment by law.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I don't go to Arco for anything now because those people still work there..so basically you did nothing..but as long as you Arco employ Workers who can't Speak hardly any English that can't understand a costumers..you are the Problem
this Harassment has been going for the last 4to5 months this year 2023..today's Harassment was all I could take. the problem is ,one of the cashier's who is a manager refuse to play a lottery slip that she claimed didn't work. I asked her to try it again. She tried and told me it still didn't work.
she then told me it was nothing she could do..so I told her that she acted like she didn't like Black's..she didn't respond. So I left to go and play somewhere else. and the hamburger stand right across from the Arco had no problems. in other words that same lottery ticket went through.
the second incident happen with another cashier that doesn't speak any English,and another cashier that doesn't speak English incident happened today around 11:20 I'm fed with this Treatment I'm receiving from this store. I'm thinking about obtaining a Lawyer. but I thought I'd contact you first..one of the reasons I go to this location is because I withdraw cash from their ATM because none is nearby so play the Lottery here often.
but nearly all the time I get Harassment from these 3..I asked to speak with a manager and was Refused..this is why I'm contacting you! something must be done!
