ARCO - I had a rude teller
June 25, 2018 at 8:53 pm pacific time. My name is Kristina Price, I paid $49.63.
The amount for $40.00 was for my gas at gas pump 5 and the amount for $9.63 was for cigarettes. The amount in full for $49.63 was approved. I proceeded to pump my gas and it wouldnโt allow me to. I went back in the store and asked Joseph the cashier to push the button for my gas and Joseph informed me that the $40.00 dollars for gas was refunded back to my debit card and I would have to slide my card again.
The cashier became very rude with me when I asked can I speak to his manager. The cashier kept telling me that I wasnโt charged, but I proceeded to call citi bank and was informed that I have a hold on my card for $40.00 so I would be charged twice until the hold is lifted. I have been a valued customer to multiple locations for arco and for me to have to wait 2 business days for my money to be released is unacceptable when I paid and a receipt that shows my transaction was paid so not understanding why the pump could not have been reset so I could have got my gas. Please give me a call at 661 619-**** my visa has a hold of $40.00 currently and I had to spend an additional amount to get gas at another location.
Joseph jhomy the cashier showed no customer service and was very rude and disrespectful to me when I had and have made multiple purchases at this location and had just made a transaction that I should not have been faulted for due to there systems. I am very upset and would please like it very much for someone to please contact me as soon as possible.
